Well Please add me I am looking to lose 75 pounds. So let’s get started one pound at a time that is what I am concentrating on one pound at a time. I am doing Zumba at least 4 times a week and Walk away the Pounds at least 3 times a week. What are you doing?

I am doing well Zumba 3 times a week, Hip Hop abs 3 times a week , and Biggest loser cardio work out 3 times a week

Thanks to everyone for the answers to a question I had. I will play with what works to see should I eat more or not.

Just keep going. HCG works. Like all diets its what we do when we get off the diets that hurt. I am preaching to myself on that I have done 6 week body makeover, weight watchers and HCG they all worked but they all had a time limit that when it was up I just went back to my old habbits.
