Some hand weights and a floor mat are you will need other than the DVD....Wal Mart and Target sometimes sell the DVD, mat and hand weights in a package together. .I am currently working on Level one of the 30 DS (I am on day 7), but I would love to join for some extra motivation!! Count me in! :happy:
