I increased my calories from 1200 to 1500 about 2 weeks ago and have noticed a bigger weight loss since! 20 mile bike rides 3x week take a huge chunk of calories. Last night I rode 2 hours and it was a 1660 calorie burn. You have to think of food as fuel and excercise burns that fuel quicker.

I have the same issue. People I friended on MFP weren't responding even though I was acknowledging their progress. My husband seems to get a lot of support on here. I deleted people and will try starting over. :)

I have a daycare and our guidelines are as follows: breastmilk or formula until age 1. Whole milk until age 2 and then 1% after the age of 2.
