  • For those who like oatmeal - try Better Oats. There are a lot of different flavors, all have flax seed (whole seed - ground flax can go rancid) and many have other grains like quinoa, brown rice, and wheat as well. Lots of fiber! Not as much sugar as Quaker. Very good, easy and filling. They're relatively new to the market…
