... Except not. I know several dancers. My mother WAS a ballerina. The legs and butt are for real. As are the deformed toes. Plus a hard bottom isn't a bad thing; maybe your partner's not a fan, but there's a reason the expression "bounce a quarter off it" is in the vernacular. < Also, here are my "huge" butt and legs from…

Bump because many of you are living my dream.

Are we on the same forums? Those get axed too. It's not even okay to reference that you have breasts on here half of the time. :grumble:

Yeah, we do have water weight on our bodies at all times. However, it's only an excuse if it's someone is using it as such. For many, it's an understanding of the basic human body, because water weight changes, leading to fluctuations on the scale that aren't actually an indicator of one's weight, bf%, etc. For many,…

Everyone's all up on you, but I needed this.

Are you talking about goitrogens?

Thank you for sharing your story! You look amazing, and your starting point to ending point PLUS your calorie goal is giving this weenie skinny fat girl hope. p.s. Your hair is gorgeous.

This is an interesting post. I've often had thoughts about the divide between what I can do when 'working out' versus doing something in terms of function. For example, I can deadlift 175 lbs, but I still find myself struggling to lift heavier things in everyday life (like lifting drywall x_x). That feels defeating, the "I…

I recognized your picture. I realized it's because I've noticed other posts you've made. You're clearly suffering from an eating disorder. Your other posts have expressed a desire to gain to a healthy weight but a fear of doing so, as well as an admittance that you fear no longer counting calories. Look into seeing a…

Exactly this. I got down to 95 and still was in 8s, and I have pretty slim thighs at all weights. Hips/butt just won't quit. It's futile to use any number to make you feel good. Don't worry about the size of the pants--focus on getting the ones that make you look good and thus feel good.
-
Not sure how anyone's giving you a size. It depends on height, body fat % and body type. I was in a 7/8 when I was 115 and used to wonder why shorter, heavier girls were in 00s. Lots of factors at play in sizing (including brands themselves).

GG. Wtb your awesome butt. Pst me.

I guess four sentences was too much for you? She had abs at 20%. That's healthy and sustainable. Women have to go to 12-14% BF to be the "unhealthy" bf you assume women need to be to have visible abs. Your weird assumption of whether she gives a damn or not about what you think of her physique is sure strange. Did you say…

How long are you running? Mountain lion attacks usually happen to campers, hunters, backpackers, etc. because cougars like to stalk their prey (including humans) over a period of time. Days, even.

SHUT UP AND TAKE MY CALORIES.

Yes, more or less. People's maintenance calories will lower, as well, but say you're eating 1200 calories for years, lose, lose less as you lose weight, and eventually maintain, you may still lose (as 1200 is below most people's BMRs), but will lose even more slowly. The real world examples are generally a good analogy to…

I wasn't being rhetorical. You haven't been clear at all other than "I can't do this forum lol," so I looked for clarity. Are you then "saying" that one's TDEE does not increase while bulking?
-
What are you saying, exactly? That AT can't occur for someone resulting in a maintenance at 1200 calories?
