I got engaged at 19 - 7 years later, still engaged. xD We're working on getting our lives together and our household and finances stable before getting legally married. (Also I lost my ID and have been struggling to get a copy of my birth certificate so marriage is out of the question right now anyway.)

Maybe taking a shower before loosens him up a bit? I prefer after, it feels like much more of an accomplishment to have completed my workout to reward it with a long hot shower. But then again I exercise at home, so there's no concern as to whether my unwashed self will offend.
