Thank you so much for encouraging some of us who are still in the journey. For me, it has not been easy as I don't loose as fast as others. So it can be frustrating and disappointing when the scale doesn't reflect my hard work. I will keep your words in mind and won't give up! You look AMAZING!!!!!!

Congratulations to you!!! You can see your notable change. I too get up early to workout at 5 am so I completely understand your pain. Boy that means you have to be up by 3ish or so...yikes-you're tough!!!!

I feel your pain as I'm going through exactly the same thing. I gained 2.1 lbs this week and was completely shocked!!! I exercise 7 days a week and go to a personal trainer 3 times per week. It's so true! Everyone takes different paths and you should be very proud of your own journey. I too have lost only 15 lbs in the past 5 months with a personal trainer. I just have to accept that my body is going to take it slow. Every ouce or pound I loose will ultimately add up. So keep up your hard work!

Unfortunately we need events so tragic to open our eyes to our reality but fortunately for you its not too late! You have given the biggest step of all...which is STARTING!
