I did 10 miles Friday and did a pretty good job. At mile 7 my hips started hurting a little, but nothing I couldn't handle. When I was done I started walking and my legs felt like jello. Great job on the pounds lost. Keep up the great work. The trick is to always have a bottle of water with you where ever you go. I am attached to my bottle and I drink about 20 glasses a day because of it. You can do it. :drinker:

I have been consistent with my workouts this week and my clean eating. I started my new job this week and it is going good so far. I will be on the phones today. At least you are working hard to attain your goals and you know what you are and aren't doing to get them. Try to make an effort with the third one, scale watching today. Have someone hide the scale from you. I have my husband do it for me all the time. That way you have no way to use it. Keep up the great work. :bigsmile:
