Me too! I just do short amounts so say 20 mins a daya as I know I can fit that in. I know what you mean about eating though, I just want chocolate all the time!

Doing veterinary medicine and I feel your pain! Just about to start a month of equine with 14 hour days plus all the case work at home. Wish I had good advice for you but all I can say is do the best you can, don't beat yourself up about it if you have a few weeks where it all goes wrong.

I try and weigh in once a week if there are scales available! (I move around a lot on placements) With regards to cheat days, I don't really have planned days but if I meet up with friends and family I'll happily eat out / get takeaway. Generally speaking I have more problems with how my day goes. I'm a vet student and so often work stupid hours and end up eating "packet" food, biscuit bars etc as I may only have 5 mins to grab food. When some cereal type bars have nearly 300 cals it's really easy to rack up. For specific things, I love cheese!

Maybe not freshman 15, more like university 34! I started Uni at 155lbs, went up to 189lbs after three years! :sad: Finally got fed up and started on MFP just after xmas this year (so about 18 months after the 189lbs) at 174 and am currently at 168. Still a way to go but I'm slowly getting there! xo

I've had people aggressively tailgate me before in a 50 zone with average speed cameras when I'm actually doing 50 - even though both outside lanes lanes were clear and they could easily overtake. I always have crazy work hours and just have to eat when I can, even if that means dinner at 2 in the morning. I wouldn't worry about it, if that's the time you have available for dinner then that's when you eat it, not much else you can do :smile:
