My small goal is I need to start moving. Not come home from work and lay on the couch. I need to come home do what I need and get moving. And your are right, I don't want to lose it, I wan't to totally give it up, LOL!. Focus is correct, that IS what I need to do.

I was starving. I was having actual hunger pains, while I was eating. I know I have not had the best logging track, I know this. I am definitly trying harder now with everything; logging, food and exercise. You have all given me such great advice and I really do thank you.

So yes I had my Egg beaters today, more then I ususally have, I had the piece of ham with a piece of cheese. I worry about the salt intake, I really don't know why, I've never had a problem with salt before. I do have high blood pressure but it is extremly well controlled. I do log my day as soon as I get to work otherwise…

for the meatloaf the calorie count was for 1 loaf. I didn't eat a whole meatloaf so I weighed it and it was about 2oz so that is how I did that one. I am going to have to buckle down and do some research on what to eat. I need quick and easy. I need something for breakfast that I can make at work when I get here. I need healthy lunch and dinner idea's that are quick and easy. I need healthy snack idea's. I just really have to do alot of work.

I just made one with Orzo pasta, red grape tomatoes, yellow grape tomatoes, fat free feta cheese and I used a Greek Dressing, it was so good. Don't get me wrong I didn't expect to lose 100lbs over the weekend, but at least one would of be nice to see, LOL. I guess I just keep moving and walk away from the scale.

Thank you both so much for reading my post. I was so mad at myself, but then I was like, you know you shouldn't of had that. I think I will go and get a couple handy little low calorie snacks to keep here at work like suggested. Thank you again and I know I can do this, I have to do this.

I wish mine did, but nope not at all. Never has. I've had a stiff neck for 4 weeks now and not once has he asked me what's going on, if I've been to the dcotor, no a thing.

I did alot better last night. I spaced out my snacks so that when I got home I wasn't as famished as I had been the night before. Thank you for all your advice, it really helps alot.
