I love mine. I don't use oil at all. I make zucchini chips in it, they are so good. I have also put in chicken and pork chops. They come out so good.

OMG thank you all so much just for reading and understanding what I am dealing with. I know there are others that are so far worse off then I am, but right now, this is my far much worse. One day at a time, one day at a time.

Thank you so much. My mom was just diagnosed with cancer and it is killing me. She is my everything. I know I have to be here for her as much as my kids. I need to get the mind set that I can't control everything.

I definitely make sure I am tracking it right, counting out exact amounts according to packaging. I also have a scale so I do weigh my foods too.

I wasn't losing anything while at my sit down job, I was actually gaining, but I also had more access to food, junk in the employee café. Now that I am walking around more and not having the access to any extra food I have actually lost 2lbs since last week.

They are in school, but no time after I drop them off at school, have to get to work. I like going to the gym because if I work out at home, I have too many distractions. I will think of something to get me moving.
