Lentils are great. I like to eat Maria and Ricardo's fiber rich tortillas for snacks. One has 45 calories, 10 g carbs/7g fiber. Nice with some PB&J or hummus, spinach and turkey

cut in half, discard seed, take out fruit, cut in cubes, mix with mustard vinaigrette and serve in shells... put slices on dark whole grain bread (fitness-bread), sprinkle with some sea salt
