  • I use Brown rice protein by Nutribiotic. I get mine at The Vitamin Shoppe. They honor their website price in the store so I go in prepared and always get it cheaper. I prefer this protein powder because it is only 60 calories, no additives.
  • I cannot wait to try this recipe....I get a chocolate craving and this will satisfy it I am sure. Also, since I am new to the forum can someone explain what bump means?
  • I make a low calorie version that I love right after a workout. 1 heaping Tablespoon brown rice protein (I use nutribiotic brand) 1 Cup Silk Almond milk (unsweetened) 1/4 Cup raspberries or blueberries or any fruit 1 packet truvia sweetener 120 calories a serving...just enough for a light snack
  • I make a variation of Cauliflower mash as well. Cut up a head of cauliflower, boil in water and several cloves of garlic. Drain well, pour into blender and add 1Tablespoon fat free greek yogurt. salt and pepper to taste and blend until creamy. Love this.
