  • Fast heart rate can be caused by low blood sugar just at the time of the activity. Testing in the doctor's office wouldn't detect it, but it would have to be tested during the occurrence of the raised heart rate.

  • Forget about "GM" for a moment. The big problem is the glyphosate residue in the grains because glyphosate products, such as RoundUp, were sprayed on the fields during plant growth. Its the glyphosate residue that goes into your body and acts as an endocrine disruptor (and more), that is the problem with GMOs. OK?
  • The Aspartame and Splenda are probably more harmful to you than the sugar. But you could try half or more unsweetened tea and add the rest sweet tea or lemonade.
