I believe this is the heart of the matter, at least for me. I was very fit and active prior to having children. Priorities change when your family expands.

I wore a 9.5 before I had kids, now I am a 10.5. I can never find that size, so 11 it is.

I'm 5'9" (although I tell people I am 5'10", it sounds better doesn't it?). As for heels, I could take them or leave them.

I am 5'9" and my goal weight is 145. I'm currently at 171 (hopefully less, my weigh in day is tomorrow!)

I am 5'9" and my body loved 150 (before children) now it seems to love 160, but I am not there yet. I would love to be at 145. I look and feel great at 145.

I did a quick google search and I came up with 181 calories per 1 cup. If the serving is 1/2 cup then 90 or so calories is right.
