Well I'm down 2lbs since last weigh in 2 weeks ago. During that 2 weeks I've had a week off where I gained 5lbs so I think my metabolism boosting plan worked. The 5lbs have gone and taken a couple of friends with them :smile:

That PCOS makes it harder to lose weight, which is true but it's not impossible

I keep getting one that plays an annoying tune, I have no idea what it's for as I click on a post or my homepage quickly to get rid of it. It's really annoying, anyone else get it? I also get a lot of 'improve your brain' ones :huh:

I hear ya! I absolutely hate standing for a long period of time, it makes my legs and feet ache so much. Not much advice here but I will say as you get used to it it won't be as bad. Any change in normal activity is hard going at first because you're not used to it. You're using your muscles differently even if they're not…

I did Slimming World for my first 2 stone (only quit because I moved country) and not only is fruit (fresh and not pureed) and veg free, so is pasta, potato, rice, lean meat and fish and a boat load of branded food. Sounds wacky but it works!!! I'm living proof :bigsmile:
