I chew gum and that helps with the cravings. Though, sometimes I eat some fruit (if I'm craving something sweet), eat a serving of cashews/peanuts (if I'm craving something salty; they're high in calories and fat, but they are really good for you!) or I snack on Skinny Cow chocolate product if I'm craving chocolate. It's…

Skinny Cow has some things that are yummy and low calorie. I really like their dreamy clusters and their divine filled chocolates. They also have heavenly crisp bars that I swear taste just like kit-kat bars. I usually have one of their products every day. It really helps me get my chocolate fix without going overboard.

I usually eat some fruit or something else sweet because that's usually what I'm craving and then I chew gum in order to prevent myself from overeating. It works really well for me! :) Though, if I have a really bad case of chocolate craving (which happens a couple times a week) then I'll eat one of Skinny Cow's numerous…

Yea, I am in the same boat as you. I am currently in the right weight and BMI zone for my height/age/gender, but I want to tone up, so I'm still looking to lose a few more pounds and gain some muscle. I've been doing Jillain Micheal's 30 day shred and it's really helped me lose inches/weight and it has also helped me tone…

I'm like you, my craving is chocolate as well, but Skinny Cow has some great low calorie chocolate snacks that are just enough to appease my craving without making me go over on my calories. The highest calorie one only has 130 calories in it. I would highly recommend any of them to you.

I love the Black Dagger Brotherhood series! It's awesome! And, every guy in that series puts Christan Grey to shame... in fact, pretty much any other male character ever written puts him to shame; except for maybe Edward Cullen; Edward is slightly better than Christan since he's not as much of a control freak, but he's…

I haven't read Fifty Shades of Grey; at least not in its entirety. I tried to get through the first book, but I only made it halfway through before I just couldn't take it anymore. What I managed to get through before I stopped was just AWFUL. I can't believe people actually like this book and think it's GOOD. First of…

I try to park somewhere in the middle where I think that some moron won't park next to me and ding my car and/or make it hard for me to pull out of the space. Though, I do try to get closer if it's raining since I REALLY don't like walking far in the rain.

Any fruit (I like blueberries, strawberries, and cantaloupe). Sometimes I mix a little bit of each and make myself a little fruit salad for less than 200 calories! A banana is also a good choice. Any type of fruit will do really; just pick your favorite. Dried fruit is also good. Dried apricots are amazing! They are sweet…

Once you add friends, you can see how you rank amongst them in terms of number of steps taken over a seven day period. It's actually a pretty good motivator to get you moving more.

There's actually already a MyFtinessPal group on FitBit; here's a link to that: http://www.fitbit.com/group/22872T

There's actually a FitBit group on here; it will probably be easier to find friends on FitBit if you post in the group:http://www.myfitnesspal.com/groups/home/1290-fitbit-users Here's the link to my profile if you want to add me: http://www.fitbit.com/user/23VTZG

I live nearby in Roswell.

I have a Fitbit Zip, but I don't get on the stationary bike, so I can't answer your question; it does count steps when I do the 30 day shred though (I take about 500-1000 or so steps during it). It's only about $50 or $60 (got it as a Christmas gift, so I don't know how much it costs exactly) and it is well worth the…

Thank you for all the suggestions! There are so many that I don't know which one I should get, so I will definitely be going shopping this weekend and trying a little bit of everything I guess!

That was me too when I first started, but by day 5 I was able to get through all the cardio without stopping! So keep it up! You'll be surprised at how fast your body's endurance can improve in such a short time period (I know I was)!

I've been on level 1 for nine days, today is day ten for me and I still can't do the full push-up either, I can do a few, but I always have to go back down to the modified ones in the middle of doing them. I saw level 2 on youtube the other day and it scared me, but I think I'm going to try it tomorrow and see if I can do…

Today is day 10 for me and I love it! It's a great workout and I feel great afterwards. I took my measurements a week after starting it and was surprised to see that I had lost between .25 and 2 inches in my neck, bust, waist, hips (both waist and hips were 2 inches each) and thighs. My upper arms have seen no change, but…

I just did day 9 of level one... it's an awesome workout, but it really does kick your butt! At least I'm no longer sore (seriously, the first four days I could hardly move afterwards!). I'm still on level one, but I've already seen results! I have lost between .25 and 2 inches on various parts of my body! Here's the break…

I'm 5'7 and 24 years old. Right now, my weight is 154 (it started at 168), but my goal weight is 145, but I may want to go lower when I get to it depending on how I look and feel.
-
Today is actually day 9 for me! I measured myself yesterday because it was exactly a week after I started and I already have lost 2 inches (or less) in my waist, bust, hips, thighs and calves. I lost two pounds and I also have more noticeable muscle in my arms than I did when I first started! Also, I can tell that my waist…

I have a Fitbit Zip, but I use the same site and everything. It's actually pretty easy to use... if you already have it synced to MFP, just enter ever everything on MFP (food, water, exercises) and it will be synced onto Fitbit. So, to answer your question, whatever you enter into MFP (i.e. exercise), it will automatically…

I'm 5 feet 7 1/2 inches tall. My current weight is 156 and my goal weight is 145 at the moment, but I may make it lower when I reach that point. It just depends on on how I look and feel.

I go out to eat with my boyfriend every Saturday when I see him and I have a few suggestions for you that help me keep within my calorie goals: First, know where you're going to go before you even leave the house. Once you know where you're going, plan your meal ahead; that way you go into the restaurant knowing EXACTLY…

Yea, I agree with this. This really does sound a little dangerous... I would like to add that the whole idea of pumping partially digested food out of your stomach sounds REALLY disgusting. Honestly, it sounds like a really stupid and lazy way to try to lose weight anyway. If it were to work and the person stopped using…
-
Well, that's kind of rude. Just ignore them... they're either jealous or ignorant (or both). I think you look great! Keep it up! :)

I am definitely younger than that. Usually I have people telling me I look younger than I actually am... never older. @pxpwop 28?
