195 a week for a 3 year old. I was paying 240 before that. I was not in my right mind for some time there! I am glad it will go down again once he turns 4. When we have the next one, it will go to 230 for newborn. By then he will be there part time because he will be in school!

I got a flex as a gift and love it. It is good to know how I am moving and not. Flex measures your sleep too and lately not been sleeping well according to it. I wear it all the time even in the shower and great. Worth the money if you are looking for something to give you the extra motivation to move and get fet.

I add peanut butter to mine and love it. Sometimes I also add nuts, cinnamon, raisins sometimes. I eat oatmeal everyday at work. Mainly with the peanut butter really. Keeps me full. I just Natural Peter Pan.

Tiffany, sometimes it does take a wake up picture to get you going. I know for me it was a combo of pictures, a video for my hubby's job, not fitting in to clothes, and the scale. There is nothing wrong with there being some left, but you could always make a salad, if you are still hungry. Lots of veggies and a little cheese and a good non creamy dressing and then your done. And always great to have more fiber at the end of the day too.

After I do a hard work out I take start with a warm shower and when I almost done I gradually turn to cold. I turn it as cold as I can stand and finish up. It really helps me. I have been doing P90x and the cold showers have really helped me.

Here are the definations for fat and obese. Both sound the same, which is you need to lose weight. To me it is what it is.
