Hi seems to me that at your height weight and sex you are just about hiting a BMI of 25 if you are "big Boned" or muscular then you are pretty much there.any further weight loss will be slow due to you being so close to an "ideal " weight.

yes a calorie is a calorie the alcohol supplied calorie is easier for the body to convert into useful enery so it does so, thereby storing as fat the other engery sources such as the meal you ate before drinking or the food you eat after drinking.

I think its up to you as to wether or not you want the exercise calories to count against a bit of extra weight loss or a bit of extra food. the important thing appears to be eating the 1200 calories to ensure your body has enough incoming calories to prevent it from entering "starvation mode" hope this helps
