I can relate :) I was about 140lbs in my profile pic. My body fights me around mid 130s. I literally feel like I am starving. Once I get up back up closer to 140, it stops. Just not worth it. You look great and much younger than 56. I hope to age gracefully as well. Good luck!

I am a tad under 5'4" and currently 150 after about a 10lb weight gain over past yr. Most active time in my life (high school) I weighed 141lbs. Once, I got down to 136 and it was very difficult to maintain. Apparently, I am built to be heavier than most everyone else my height :) Current goal is to get back to 140. At 150…

You may consider trying Chamomile tea before bed. It is definitely relaxing to me. I also take Magnesium Oxide each evening, originally for muscle spasms/charlie horses I was having at night. Not only do I no longer have the spasms, but I even sleep better. Good luck!

I completed goals and attack but missed check-in deadline due to surprise birthday party held in my honor Sat night. Got home after midnight and slept in much later than normal Sun. The shock of the party and Rousey fight threw me off my game and I spaced it :(

So Sorry Team! I completed my goals and challenge, but didn't check-in. My husband had a surprise bday party for me Sat (I turned 40 last week) and we didn't get home until 1:30am. So, I totally missed check-in. The party and Rousey fight were GREAT, but I am bummed to leave the group :(

My youngest son is Bodhi......Patrick Swayze's name in the movie Point Break My daughter is Logan. Only knew 1 person named Logan (a boy) back then and it seemed like a strange name. Then heard it used as a female's name years later on a soap opera. Loved it!

In my experience, lipid levels are not repeated any sooner than 4-6 mos. I was told by a physician it really does take a while for those changes to occur.
