YES! I make/freeze my own stock as well and use it for a variety of things. It is amazing what flavor you can get out of those bits and ends of veggies.

This looks interesting...I am trying the MFP preset plan for a set period of time and then evaluating my progress at that point. First post ever for me...I am new to the site as of January. I usually have green smoothies for breakfast, but this sounds like a great snack to make ahead of time for road trips and things like that-- I just need to find a cake mix that isn't full of fake stuff. Thanks for the great suggestion! :)
