I agree with Kimber507, Yoga Zone is really good. I have one specifically for flexibility and tone, and it really works for me. I've definitely noticed that I am becoming more flexible. I also do yogilates (a mix of yoga and pilates) and that really helps me as well. Good luck!

Hi all! I am working to better myself not only weight wise but I am also starting at a new college with a new major tomorrow. So I am trying to better myself in all ways. Good luck to everyone and congrats to those who have already lost some weight! Katie:smile:
