For me- When I began to really look forward to spending my afternoon sweating. If I don't- I feel out of place. And- I don't always have to log my meals/workouts, since I know the path and the destination are one in the same.

I like: uncooked oatmeal in greek yogurt honey on flat-wraps (warmed in the oven or microwave) orange slushies (oranges, ice and soy-milk) coffee slushies (coffee, soymilk, ice)- you can add uncooked egg white for protein and thickness

29 years old- currently 195 lbs with an inital goal of 165. I have been as low as 145- but on my frame I was boney. I carry alot of muscle on my frame.
