yeah, this can definitely be hard - especially if you are on a cardio machine. sometimes i just keep cycling through the different stats on the machine (i.e. every minute i switch the view from calories burned to total miles). running outside is definitely better for not staying bored.

I agree. Staying hydrated is probably the most important thing. When you start to feel better you can get back to eating. Feel better!

i have heard before that this is where your waist is and this is how i measure my waist . i also measure across my belly button but i dont count that as "waist"

there's a low cal/low sugar margarita mixer called "scales" - i think it's only 5 calories for 1 serving. it's pretty good. you just have to add the tequila

yeah, there's not alot of coupons for healthy stuff. not as many as there are for processed foods at least

Great way to describe it - that first 10 minutes is hard mentally - just have to keep going and it eventually goes away and you forget that you even were struggling
