  • I just realised that I have a thigh gap! It exists between my thighs when I stand with my feet perfectly hip width. My thighs still touch from about 1.5 inches down, but in the mirror I can see light through the tunnel! Anything you're proud of is awesome, especially if you had to work for it. Good job!

  • I drink it every day for breakfast. It makes sure I actually eat breakfast and that I start out with a good service of protien and nutrients. I won't lie to you, it doesnt taste that great unless you get a little creative with it, but its worth it.
  • I would say that if you can, you shouldn't eat before you work out. Not only can you get cramps of a wretchedly unpleasant sort, but it can prevent fat burning.
