  • Doesnt matter when or how fast you finish just the fact that you were motivated enough to start and the fact that you will finish makes you a winner!
  • I really dont "allow" cheat days. I just dont really deprive myself I tend to have what I want just in very small portions. That works best for me. When I deprive myself then I tend to over do it on those "cheats" then it too hard to recover from those day then I beat myself up over it. Moderation is key I finally learned…
