Sometimes it's not what they say but the expression as they comment. I just tell them "It's good weight" and that usually kills it. If not I tell them I have been working at it for awhile and thanks for noticing. .

I eat about half of mine. When I first started I ate all of them and it didn't matter. But the closer I got to my target weight it seemed like it was harder for the lbs to come off.

Impressive. That's got to feel good. I'll bet no one bullies you now. I'd take a trip around town and make them eat their words. Now go buy yourself a bat to keep the boys away, lol. Congrats !!!

One word. WOW!!!! You look like a totally different person and I bet you feel like a million bucks. The wife and I have lost a few pounds and we feel better already. AWESOME!!!.... I guess that was really two words :)

Go ta bike shop and ride several. The one near us hooked me up with a hybrid/comfort bike and it's a lot nicer than what I originally would have picked.
