  • So I'm nowhere near done....and this is just progress over 12 weeks of stronglifts.....And while I didn't lose ANY weight over those 12 weeks I do like my results so far.... hope it motivates your friend!! i LOVE lifting heavy. I would try to resize but I think you get the idea...lol...sorry!

  • Thanks!! I'm loving stronglifts and it's AMAZING to me how quickly my strength has increased! Still running but not training for anything again until July...so heavy lifting is my main focus right now :) that and some mobility work!

  • I ALWAYS try things on when I shop there because, as pp's have said, it's very inconsistent - BUT it's always within a size range....I'm never oddly low in size or really HIGH...I can basically eye ball and know if I need to go up or down a size, prior to the fitting room - not always though. I LOVE h&m :)

  • You just described me after my run last night...intervals...I was a hot mess. This is why I no longer workout at our work gym and do most of my stuff at home - after work. And then I shower before bed, blow dry my hair straight, then straighten it in the am before returning to the real world. HOT MESS.

  • I almost always crave salt....So I usually make sure it fits my calories and then up my water ;) Sometimes you just have to!!! There is also a thing that shows what you can eat when you are craving certain foods/groups....I don't know how well it works, because I haven't tried....…
