I actually just ordered a Jawbone Up and should be getting it on Monday. Very excited. I had a Fitbit but the thing just fell apart on me the other day, plus I found it a pain to hook to my clothes every day. I figure with a bracelet it will be part of my outfit, right? I haven't been actively seeking a waterproof band for…

I completely understand your position!!! My daughter is 2 ½ years old. I pick her up from daycare (my hubby drops her off in the mornings. She has extreme food allergies so I have to cook everything from scratch for us and take care of her in the evenings because my husband doesn’t get home until much later than I do. I am…

I think you look fabulous! You have gained muscle which weighs more than fat, and you can totally tell by the pictures! Keep up the work, and don't let the numbers dictate how you feel. Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Nutrition Facts For Foods

My diet has been relatively clean for the past 6 months and I have been stuck on a plateau. I am finding that the Whole 30 is good for all in my family - for my husband's MS, daughter's allergies, and my weight loss. I am tracking what I eat because when I am done I want some kind of reference of what I did. I am…

@EliMaks Yep - by Whole 9... I was saying that I got a lot of my recipes from Everyday Paleo. They have easy to make meals for Paleo diets, which is like the Whole 30/Whole 9 principles. I read the book, too! Great information.

I am starting the Whole 30 today as well! I am just trying to figure it out as I go. I found a website with a good amount of "do-able" recipes for Paleo (where this program was based) called Everyday Paleo. I got a majority of my recipes from there for the week. Add me if you want to keep tabs on each other. I am trying to…

I'm 5'10" with ideally 28 more pounds to go (down over 87lbs currently)! Losing weight when you are tall is so much different, and I am always so hard on myself when someone loses 5 pounds and looks completely different, meanwhile I can gain and lose 5 pounds in a day! Love this site, it works, and you meet great people…

I am just starting to really get involved here (although been tracking with MFP for a long time now), and am 5'10". Goal weight between 155-165lbs. Glad there are some tall ones out there! I started at 240 and am down to 196 where I keep fluctuating. You are ambitious! I would say, get in the healthy BMI range and then…
