  • I'm still here!! I had been using the app more than the website, so I couldn't post here. I hope you are all doing well. I slipped up a little, but am back at it!
  • Good luck today!!! I hope this is it for you. I changed my goals and am going back down to 1200 calories a day. I think it's going to help me achieve what I want. The scale hasn't moved in 2 weeks and it's getting frustrating. I'm ready to see some more losses!!
  • I'm not losing anything and it's frustrating. I need to take a close look at my diary and change up some things. I did notice that I'm over on sodium almost every day. So, I need to fix that, for sure.
  • I love it!! I just started it a few weeks ago and can't get enough. I'm still going to the gym to do the weights and mix up my cardio, but I am obsessed with Zumba. :)

  • I'm in and going for 128 oz. I bought a huge 64 oz bottle at Walmart last night and am already 3/4 the way through my first one.
  • I love, love, love it!! I tried it a few weeks ago after my friend had been asking for 5 or 6 months and I finally gave in. I'm so glad I stepped out of my comfort zone.

  • Happy Friday!! I have finally broken through the plateau or whatever I was on. So, I'm a happy girl today. I'm still resting my sprained knee, so no exercise for a week or so. I can't wait to get back to it, though.
  • Doing good, I'm having a hard time working out since I hurt my knee. But, I'm doing good with my food choices.

  • Going to the gym today as soon as DH gets home from work. I took the day off from the gym yesterday, but back at it today. Still trying to get used to eating more, but I know that I need to.
  • I can't wait to get it done. I am not doing it for anyone, but me. Chidbirth and weight fluctuations do a number on a woman's body and I will be proud of the day when I am confident standing naked in front of a mirror. Heck, I'll probably only put clothes on when I have to leave the house. :) So, I say, "Go for it."

  • Yes, yes, yes. Please don't have her watching her caloric intake and tracking everything at 11 years old. I think it's great to make her aware of healthy eating habits and encourage her to get active. It will help her just seeing you as an example of healthy living.

  • I won't officially weigh until Friday, but I'm pretty sure that I am down a few pounds. My clothes are feeling looser and my husband said that my face is looking thinner.
