Hi, When you are on the Food tab, click the arrow and it will bring you back to the previous day or days to review, add and edit. Wish you the best!! My FitnessPal worked for me. Lost all the weight I wanted and still use it to keep on track.

I eat a Vitatop deep chocolate muffin. They are healthy and delicious. Only 100 calories too!

I add 1/2 cup pineapple chunks with the pineapple juice. It is like having a bowl of ice cream, yummy!

I eat Vita Top Muffins for a snack. Only 100 calories and they are delicious. You can find them in the frozen breakfast food area of the supermarket. Or, I'll have Nature Valley crunchy granola bars. These with a glass of water will make you feel full and satisfied.

I just cooked 2/3 Cup whole grain pene and measured it. 2/3 cup dry equaled 1 1/3 cup cooked.
