I just came back here after a few months break. I lose a lot of friends if I'm only eating 1200 calories a day! lol! I have found that eating 2250-2500 healthy calories and exercising so that I burn off 1000-1500 calories is the best thing for me.

Tonight I made it with part white wine vinegar and it was very good! Last time I went grocery shopping I picked up some of the red. I look forward to trying it!

I am reading and in many cases rereading the classics. I got a NOOK for Christmas and was thrilled to see The Scarlet Letter and Oliver Twist were freebies! I also read a lot of inspirational fiction books.
