Im All for this. If I don't eat back my exercise calories, my loss SLOWS down to almost nothing. I do feel the pain for a PP, there was no way I could fit in an extra 600 calories last night. I ate nearly 750 at dinner. Wasn't going to happen. I do try to eat back as much as I physically can though.

Ok, The answer is 7... Not three. I was taught "B.O.M.D.A.S = Brackets Of Multiplication, Division , addition and Subtraction. Multiplication first. 5x0 =0 , 9-5=4+3 =7.

"My Whey" Shakes are pretty good with Skim Milk . The Chocolate or Vanilla one in a shaker with some PB2( 1 tablespoon) is to die for!! Choc one taste like PB cups..and vanilla one taste like a snickers! haha And Banana in its own skin. easy and quick grub on the run.

I log cleaning. Im a working Mum of 3 kids and when I log the cleaning its usually the "get on your hands and knees and scrubbing the showers" and " Scrubbing till Im drenched with Sweat" type Cleaning. Not the I just did the dishes type. Regular cleaning I just let it go and consider it incidental bonus calories burned.…

I just looked at your diary. you really need to work on eating More. Your going a great way to stall out before you even start. you need to eat back some of your exercise calories. And Aim to be at LEAST above 1200 NET daily. Your body will hold on for dear life otherwise. what MFP tells you to eat is already a calorie…

Gonna be different and Say up your water intake. Higher fibre diet also means that you need more water to help move it all through. :)
