C25K is the only reason I CAN run. I started it on new years this year, I have done several 5k races and my first 10k this year. I regularly run 5 k now. I love running. All because Of C25k! DO IT. You will not regret it!

C25k has turned my hatred of running into a passion! I can comfortably run 5 k in around 30 mins now! I have signed up for my first 10 k in just under a month. I can't wait!

For Starters...eat More. And add exercise ( eat back exercise calories). 1200 is MEGA low. Try eating at least your BMR. Your a good weight you only really need to tone up. Don't starve yourself !!!

Actually most juicers remove the fibre part of the vegie and fruit. So there is very little fibre in juice. Juice is obviously a liquid...fibre mostly is a solid. Unless your actually blending whole fruits and veggies with your juices then you are only getting the liquid benefits.

Roast them with Brussels sprouts, pumpkin and zucchini and toss them in some olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder and salt and Pepper. YUM!!! SOOOO yummy!

I started Jan 2 and on Mfp two weeks after. 33lbs gone so far. I eat back my exercise. And have bumped up to 1500 calories a day about 3 weeks ago from 1340.

I cant stand running on the dreadmill any more. Unless I really HAVE to. Tv is a good distraction when I do...Or good music. I find it muc easier to get into the zone when I run outside. i prefer to run in the mornings. Or After dinner if I have been time poor that day.

I have had three c-sections. And I have previously lost 53kg, My pooch never went away..Even at my smallest of 66kg... i worked out lots and it shrunk but never went completely. :(

It's not the oats. They are low Gi, High fibre and very heart friendly ( Help lower blood cholesterol even). What else do you eat? Do you add Sugar or any kind of sweetener to them?? Can you provide a link to the oats??i looked online and could not find and soft oats in that brand.

I have the same. 3 Babies, Stretch marks and 3 c-section scars. I used bio oil and it has helped a lot. Never going to have a tight taut tummy. I have stretch marks and saggy skin. But Im aiming to be healthy in my skin.

I have had them for 12 years now. My eldest shredded my skin. Seriously looked like I had been attacked. They have faded some now. And I have had 2 more kids and they didn't get any worse.. I figure I can't change them so I deal.
