Eat more. Simple really. I stalled out to when I ate that low. bumped it up and weight started to drop again. How much ar e you wanting to lose? how much have you lost?0

You might try eating at maintenance for a couple of weeks. That's what I did after 6 weeks of no loss. Then I lowered the calories and lost 5 lbs! Of course, you should probably eat at least your BMR since that is the least amount your body needs to function in a healthy way.0

we are all creatures of habit. If it isn't working for you, try something else. Someone wise said if you are not getting results, either you are not working hard enough or you are not working smart enough. Switch things up out of your normal routine. Eat maintenance for a couple of weeks like someone else said, or switch up what you are eating or your exercise patterns. Change your habits constantly. It is annoying as hell to have to keep changing but as soon as it stops working for you, change it up again. This is the reason I will never be in the position to have to lose weight again.0

You've said it yourself! Try to eat your BMR and the weight will come off quicker. If not then at least raise them to 1500 calories.0 -
Eat between your BMR and 20% below your TDEE most days and you should see results...
When you first up your calories you might see an initial increase in weight, but then you should start losing.....
I had stalled for a good 4 months - and then increased the calories I ate by 500 calories a day - and the weight started dropping again ....
Here is my progress since I have increased calories (additional 500 per day)
101 kg (222.6) 10 April 2012
99.3 kg ( 218.9) 13 April 2012
98.1 kg (216.2) 17 April 2012
97.3 kg (214.5) 25 April 2012
96.7 kg (213.2) 1 May 2012
95.8 kg (210.7) 8 May 2012
