yes we all have, its quite annoying. i just use the "Dancing, aerobic, ballet or modern, twist" option. seems a pretty accurate burn to me.

while i DO agree with accountant_boi, i dont think you dont have to stop eating instant oatmeal if thats all you have time for, just stop eating the flavored kinds. if you cant stand plain oatmeal adding your OWN flavors will make it not taste plain but you can also control how much sodium and sugar and such go in to it.…

i dont use it for depression since i'm not depressed but i DO use it for PMS (and other such random b*tchyness) and it works like a charm. its a great mood balancer.

it will probably shrink a little but since you said you dont have much fat in that area anyway, it shouldnt shrink too much. stretching and getting bigger is more what deforms a tattoo anyway.

that happened to me once in high school and it lasted for a whole week (with lots of throwing up involved) and i missed ALL of my finals (it sucked SO badly)! a REALLY bad flu that has settled in your inner ear can do that (thats what i had). but yeah go to a doctor. i agree with megenj001. i was doing the same thing and going WAY over (like 1000 and more over my weekly goal) so i set mine a little higher, not a whole lot, but enough so that i had to keep up with the level i was working at to make it to my goal. worked like a charm and now i belly dance almost everyday!

as a note to this....some of us dont WANT something casual and would rather just rely on Mr.Batteries to do the job. i've got nothing against people who have friends with benefits at all, i just dont wanna do that, myself. and i know i'm not the only one.
