  • The best choice I've found (and they are really good) -Snyders of Hanover, white corn tortilla chips. About 13 chips has 140 calories and 4 fat grams. Not too bad compared to other chips and they are fairly priced. Not paying extra like the baked chips.

  • I feel much better. I think its giving up the greasy fast food that has helped. Did you maybe cut out caffeine too quick? I get bad headaches from caffeine withdrawl if I don't eliminate it slowly rather than cold turkey.
  • I'm only weighing in once a week. The few times I weighed mid week just disappointed me and by the weekend weigh in I have been happy all 3 weeks since starting. More than once a week is not for me :)

  • The skinny cow ice cream sandwich has been a great treat for the chocolate cravings and granny smith apples believe it or not. Something about the sweet yet sour and crunchy and all the chewing has really helped!

  • What did you list for amount you want to lose each week? I think that will change the calories per day. I left the 1 pound recommended and it has me at 1897 calories with 3 -30 minute works outs per week. I lost 4 pounds last week but that was my first week. My starting weight 255. Hope this helps :)
