Even better! I would just do it! As a full time worker & wife/mom anytime I can find FOR ME is what I am gonna do, and most the people driving by SHOULD be doing the same!

HRM yes we are a broken record around here but for a good reason. I put off buying one for far to long and it is by far the best investment I have made! Once I had my HRM I found out that I was actually burning more calories walking then I was given credit for according to MFP and I was NOT burning nearly as many calories…

Mom of a Type 1 daughter she was also diagnosed at age 12 she is 17 now. My best advice would be ALWAYS keep your appointments with your endo, dicuss what your doing as far as diet and exercise with your doc so they can keep tabs of your levels especially after workouts! As long as you have your numbers under control there…
