I'm 5"2 (just) and aiming for 126 which will be lighter than I've been in years! It is going to be a challenge but think a target lower than I've ever been before (since leaving school 12years ago) means it will make me focus more on exercise as well as diet. Goodluck everyone :-)

Yeah it often softens it just enough to make it easier... suppose depends on the squash too :-)

wee trick to peeling one if you don't already know is cook whole one in microwave for 2 mins. it softens the skin and then makes it easier to peel :-)

I do a mixture. I love jogging outside but sometimes running on a treadmill is easier when Im already at the gym.

Hi I have "technically" completed C25k but due to several infections including chest and kidney infections I am struggling to do anything past 8mins so have decided to start at week 5 again and build up from there. My first 5k "race" is on 7th october so hoping to be fit enough to do it!
