Hi Thanks for this. I'm a recent wheelchair user eho also is on dialysis so really struggling to lose weight and not gain! I've tried cutting portions and doing bit more physical exercise but so tired all the time. I'm gonna look up that site. Thanks

I occasionally use build it up as a meal replacement as given by my doc. I'm actually trying to lose weight but because of cancer I'm also battling food is sometimes last thing on my mind so a shake helps me to keep strong but I always log. Only do it if really struggling as TBH I'd much rather have proper food anyday :-)

I have cancer and going through chemo. My friend's wee 3 yr old looked at me and then asked her nana "Why does auntie row have no hair". Nana replied " it's because she takes special medicine whihc will make her better"... little girl thought for a few minutes and then said "is it Calpol nana"? with a very worried look....…

Im 5ft 2" and currently 145lbs but aiming for 126lbs in the short term and 120 in the long term.

As someone who regularly loses her hair to chemo regimes I find that I often get more interest from men as its a starting talking point. I quite like being bald overall - saves money and time in the morning and I get to have an extensive hat collection :-)

She is beautiful, not obese or overweight. I pray she doesn't know what the school has been saying for it is so very morally wrong for a child who is clearly healthy and not either obese or overweight. The world has officially gone mad!

I have an FT4 and its fine and seems to do what I need it to do without being difficult to use. Spoke to my cardiologist about it and he likes the polar range for reliability

I've got a polar FT4 after months of umming and arring... it works well for me and does enough things to make me happy (I'mjust a bedginner at sports)

I had the same dilema. Eventuallybought a polar FT4 as did everything I wanted and from sweatband.com I found it cheaper than most. Only got it on Saturday but works wonderfully well and so simple!
