Lol. :laugh: My mum and dad were contemplating how when they got back from holiday, they were gonna tell me that I need to go on a diet. Thankfully by he time they had got back I was already two weeks into my diet on here. People are just too polite, tell the truth they get yelled at. It's hard to win these days!

Well, looking at her previous posts I would suggest by the horrfic grammar and spelling, the goals she has sensibly put on her profile and what she wrote with perfect spelling and grammar on another post yesterday I would deduct... She has been hacked or left her profile open on a public computer.

Ok I'm not saying you should do this but I was stuck and was eating 1400 a day after increasing from 1200 I reduced back down and added a30 min running on spot (wii fit) and I started losing again. Different things work for different people.

White pasta bloats me out no end and can't get rid of it for two days... Haven't had rice yet really. It's the white carbs that will get you really, But everything in moderation, I still eat pizza with white crusts and it hasn't stopped me losing weight. I would say go easy with cheese though.

I have been doing 30mins free run on it for the.last few days (jogging on the spot) and it does get you tired and sweaty! That's about 214 cals depending on how hard you push. I love it, it also let's you watch another channel while doing the free run so you can watch your favourite programme or movie while your doing it :)
