I would love to the challenge. My goals are to drink 8 glasses of water a day, log everything I eat everyday, and to do at least one household chore before going to work.

I would like to cut my dr pepper back to 20 oz from 60+ a day. I would like to replace it water. I been playing just dance on the wii and find it to be fun and with the cold coming in I think it will replace the park and walking. Now to get moving and logging so that I get credit and not eliminated.

Sorry guys for being such a slacker. #1 I only did two short workouts that burned around 300. Update in. Few. #2 Rep. 50 wall pushups and 50 modified crunches. #3 stretching. Love it do it 7 days a week 10 minutes munium. #4 CUT Back on the amount if dr pepper consumed. #5 Increase the water intake.

I would offer to offer to babysit so that she could have some "me" time. Suggest that she soak in a nice bubble bath. As a mother we tend to put ourselves on the back burner while caring for others but hopefully a little nudge will push in the right direction if it from the lack of personal hygiene.

i would see a doctor and follow their instructions. I had similar experience and ignored it and ended in the ER with the worst case of tendeonitis the doctore had seen. My entire leg was swollen and the pain was to the point I could barely walk. Definitely need to tak eit easy until you know for sure what it is.

I have one cat now named Percy. He's black with whit eyebrows. I've had close to 50 cats in my life and 46 were at one time but all were barn cats then.

Start with your doctor and have some blood work done. Could be Iron, Vitamin D or B vitamins just to name a few. Could be more complicated such as thyriod problems or diabetes. It would be hard to say without having ruled out medical conditions first.

Talk to your ob/gyn about seeing a nutrionist to help you maintain current weight. I had geststional diabetes and had to see one but I would think that they would refer you to help keep the weight gain at a minium. Best of luck with a healthy pregnancy and baby!
