Actually I do have a HRM. But I didn't know it would tell me calories burned? Does it?!

So the turkey burgers were GREAT! We seasoned them with jerk, grilled them and ate with mayo and lettuce on a thomas light english muffin. Yummmmy!!!

SRK - Patience and commitment are key! Eating unhealthy food can make you feel good for 5 minutes tops, but having a health body is something you can feel good about every minute of the day! Better health = more happiness! YOU CAN DO IT!

I also use a WW scale. Its actually really nice to me. Nicer even than when I used to weigh in at WW meetings.

One would think that we'd lose wt faster if we didn't eat those exercise cals, but, perhaps thats why MFP gives us such a low calorie limit. I was playing around with…
