I find that if the craving just won't go away, I need a glass of diet pop with ice. I know it's not good for me but the fizz and the sweetness really seem to help and sometimes I don't even finish it. I'm trying to switch to Perrier or something but it's not as good, or as fizzy. I also try to limit it to one a day.

You can always get two pairs, in two different sizes and then return the size that doesn't fit? I do that sometimes because I find just relying on measurements doesn't mean that something is going to fit you properly.

I've been using Uncle Ben's Minute Rice Brown Rice, because, a) I never have the time to make regular brown rice, and b) 1/2 cup dry rice (about 1 cup cooked) is only 150 calories, and it only takes 10 minutes! Genius.

I usually have the same breakfast of two pieces of whole wheat toast with 1.5 tbps of pb (total, not for each piece) and some low sugar jam - no butter. I have to have something hot and I find that oatmeal doesn't keep me full for long.

Make extra of whatever you're making for dinner the night before and bring it for lunch! I like to make individual pizzas on whole wheat pitta breads.

Doing the "pants dance" to pull up my too-loose jeans that have fallen underneath my roll. Also, having the thigh area on my pants wear out before the rest of the pant!
