I'm not sure what the exact weight is, but if I had to guess I'd say it was about a pound. If you plan to just use ground turkey meat make sure to add some of the Italian seasonings that would have been in the sausage.

It's super good, you should try it out. :drinker:

How about some muffins? These are made with whole wheat flour, oats, applesauce and lots of cinnamon, and without nuts are just 100 calories apiece. Super yummy and ridiculously easy. http://lemonsavory.com/2011/07/12/no-muffin-tops-here/

I make a great chicken salad with cooked barley, it's a HUGE bowl and is never more than 450 calories. It makes two servings and I bring the leftovers for lunch and it's awesome cold. http://lemonsavory.com/2011/07/10/a-pearl-of-a-salad/

I was diagnosed with hypothyrodism about 15 years ago, and to make matters worse while trying to find the right dosage of Synthroid, I also had mono! I've been on .175 for a couple of years now and I don't find that it affects my weight loss at all. That being said, I usually get my blood tested about 3 times a year to…

I like to use Laughing Cow light cheese, it takes the place of both mayo and cheese!! And it's yummy. But sometimes I just have to have my mayo...........

I don't have yogurt maker but did used to make my own yogurt, using some jars, a fish tank and a couple of light bulbs. Seriously....that's all you need. You just need to keep the yogurt between 104 - 110 degrees (don't quote me on that, it's been a while!!) But what we did to get thicker yogurt was to use milk with a…

Hello from Ladner!! This is a great site and is extremely helpful. Since you only have about 10 lbs to lose the best way (from what I've read here) is to do it slowly. No faster than 0.5 to 1 lbs per week. The last bit of weight is the hardest to get rid of.

Yes! I totally agree with this. Go for it. I'm not against a bit of texting first but don't let it go on for too long otherwise you'll just be stuck in a weird texting relationship.

Have you tried PB2 or another powdered peanut butter? From what I've read Better N Peanut Butter (according to some people) tastes better but it has a lot of chemicals and weird ingredients whereas the powered pb is just peanuts, sugar and salt. Something to consider if you're concerned about ingredients. I like the taste…
