From the top! Far too difficult to do it from the bottom...

Ben and Jerry's frozen yoghurts are pretty good!

Sarah beacuse she's so nice and bubbly! I think Amy Mac should come second, and Kevin to come third because he annoys me.

Cheestrings (66cals!) or oatcakes are my faves

If you're in the UK, Pret a Manger do nice little bags of fruit and nuts :)

You could write it all in the 'Excercise Notes' bit under the excercise tab :)

I don't have pics, but using my wii fit every day for a month (ish) has helped me to lose 12lbs so far! I think it's a lot of fun, although you have to do quite a lot of it to burn a serious amount of calories...but it's great for toning up, and I love the fact that it doubles up as a scale and tells me how much I've lost…

'When he said that, I knew he was afraid. Jem had his little sister to' From 'To Kill a Mockingbird' beacuse I'm writing an essay on it :)

I do short bursts of cardio...that's what I've been advised to do. So usually I go to the gym twice a week, and each time I do 15 minutes on the treadmill, 15 minutes on the bike, then another 15 minutes on the treadmill, with 5 minutes of stretching in between. This seems to work well for me, although to be honest,…

Hair ties!! I go to work out and find that I have none in my bag! Grrr...

Poor you! I have severe RSI in my wrist from playing my flute too much, and I tend to find that I'm OK doing cardio work like running or using the stationary bike. Walking is also a good option, as it doesn't involve your arm, although if you have a bad leg as well that could be difficult...maybe you should rest for a few…

Added you :) Your horse is so pretty!

I've been here about 5 weeks...in my first three weeks I lost 10 pounds (mostly water weight though, I think!) but since then I've only lost two pounds! Although...I only have about 10-15lbs to lose so I'm kind of expecting it to be a slow process :)

Wake him up with the vacuum!

Fitness DVDs! They're really cheap and all you need is a TV and a room to do it in :) x

I'm a vegetarian, and I expect you're right. I tend to eat between 40-60g of protein per day, most of which comes from dairy/soy products, pulses and meat-replacement foods likes quorn or tofu. Having said that, if you're dong weights training, you do need quite a bit of protein. I would suggest eating lentils/beans and…

I do the '10 minute solution - blast off belly fat' DVD, and I think it works wonders! It was only about £4 from HMV! But if you can't get hold of it, it's basically just a combination of crunches, press-ups and cardio work. Good luck!

I love swimming! Breaststroke is by far the lowest impact stroke (in my opinion anyway!) and burns a lot of calories (around 600 per hour, depending on your weight). It's also a lot of fun and wearing that tennie-tiny swimming costume is pretty good motivation too!! Good luck with your swimming, and don't forget to drink…

Have a warm bath wih some lavender oil or bubble bath...I'm a horse-rider and that's what I do after a competition or long day of training. I also find that going heavy on carbs is helpful, but I think it depends on you personally to be honest.
