Thank you :) If 26K bras exsisted I'd deinitely try one, but sadly I've never been able to find any x

Thank you so much for your support :) I'm always holding my chest when I run up the stairs - my family think it's hilarious! x

Thanks everyone - I'm in the UK, so Bravissimo is my 'go-to' bra shop! Also, a UK 28J is (rather embarrassingly) a 28M in the US, and my underbust is 26" with a 42" overbust. I get a fair bit of back pain, and would consider a reduction in the future, but as I'm only 19, my doctor says I should wait until I'm at least 21.

Thank you everybody for your replies :)

Not helpful - they're natural and I'm really self conscious about them!

Thank you everybody for your replies. I have a good sports bra, (an underwired Freya Active) and I think I'm going to have a go at swimming with a minimiser swimsuit from Bravisimmo. I will consider a reduction when I'm older, but my doctor has told me that I have to wait until I'm 21, to make sure they've stopped growing.…

Bump...I'd love some ideas as to what exercises might work for me!
-
YES!!! Pepperberry is amazing, I love them so much :-) I can actually get my boobs into their dresses!
-
I would class myself as curvy. I have a 27 inch waist, 37 inch hips and horrible 28H cup boobs. Even after losing 15lbs, clothes are still awkward to find, sorry!
-
I do, and it seems to have worked pretty well so far!
-
Deep fried watermelon?! Now that's just weird...
-
Feel free to add me too! :) Looking for friends to support me whilst I get rid of those last 10lbs or so x
-
1. Do some exercise 2. Press the tab at the tob of the page that says 'Exercise' 3. Tell MFP what exercise you did, and it will tell you how many calories you burnt doing it, so you can eat them back if you want to. It's really controversial on here whether or not you should eat back your exercise cals though!

My left leg is about 1/2 inch shorter than my right...I also have quite severe over-pronation, so I wear orthotic inserts in my shoes, with the left one being slightly bigger. It's not really a big problem for me any more though x

Vegetarian chilli is amazing! There are loads of different recipes, but mine involves shoving the contents of all the tins of various different beans in my cupboard into a big pot and adding chilli powder! For example.... 1 tin baked beans 1 tin kidney beans in chilli sauce 1 tin butter beans 1 tin chickpeas A big squirt…

You could give swimming a go...that's relatively low impact!
-
Added you :) I'm 18 too and always looking for supportive friends!

I'm on fluoxetine, and I have such a big appetite now! I've also put on 3 stone (!) which I'm trying to lose now. Congrats for coming off the meds though! That's fantastic

I'm anemic too, and my doctor said I should eat lots of green veg like broccoli and kale. Some breakfast cereals are fortified with iron, although these are often high in sugar.
-
That is quite a lot...maybe try for 5 or 6 instead?
-
I don't know, but you can log it as 'cleaning' in your exercise diary to find out.
-
If you have enough sugar left, go for the mint cookies!!
-
Well, I'm at college so I also spend quite a lot of time sitting down, but I walk about 1 mile each day just getting there and back. This takes about 35 minutes each day. So what I do is set my activity level to sedentary, then add 30 mins of 'fast walking' to my exercise log each day.
-
Thanks everybody! I'm going to try and cut down on my sugar intake a wee bit.
-
Have a banana or a bowl of cereal :) Or treat yourself to some chocolate or something...546 is quite a lot of calories so you could treat yourself if you want!
-
I added you :) Always good to have supportive friends with similar goals! x

Cheesestrings and nairns oatcakes! And also, I sometimes get Graze boxes delivered...google them if you haven't heard of them because they're amazing. You get four low calorie snacks for £3.75 and they all taste sooo good :)
-
Well, I'm vegetarian so I always go for the quorn...but I agree with you, it's much lower in fat than 'real' meat and tastes really good. Some people find the texture a bit wierd to start off with, but you soon get used to it. I had their fish-free fingers yesterday and they were amazing! I also love their scotch egg…
-
Woohooo! You're so right there! Everybody needs a wee treat sometimes x
-
Cheesestrings! Only 69 calories and they're really satisfying because they take so long to eat :)
