I want to lose 10-12 by April 11..... Do you think its possible??

It depends on how much you weigh at this point. If you only need to loose 23 pounds, then weight loss is a lot slower than a more overweight person that needs to loose say 50 or 60 pounds. I agree that 5 or 6 pounds is healthy, but 10-12 is not impossible with the right amount of work. But definitely aim for about 60
