Hi. I don't mind you asking at all but suldrun got it exactly right. It is due to kidney problems, at least partially caused by medication for high blood pressure, which I am hoping to be able to reduce by losing weight. :smile:

Is anyone else on a low potassium diet? I am having problems finding the potassium content of a lot of foods, especially prepared foods such as Smart Ones frozen dinners. I tried emailing the company but they don't respond to me.
