Wow...I guess I misunderstood. When I read this last night I thought we were to measure by intentional minutes exercised...not miles. I don't have a way to measure that. I walked an extra 35 minutes to day. Oh well . I guess I'll withdraw from this for now. But I'll keep moving!!

Hello, I'm from Pa, and have been trying to eat the vegetarian way since November 2011. I've faultered a bit here and there but I have a lot of weight to lose and my husband has weight and bad medical problems to overcome as well.
